       hello my lovely friends . welcome to our new post . in this post we are giving the details about how to make paneer potato tots at home or how to make paneer recipe at home. paneer potato tots which is very easy to prepare at home . that is funnier potato dots. this is an indian version of starter potatoes or potato puffs which is prepared with a combination of potatoes and paneer with flavers in it.

  1. 2-3 potatoes grated& parboiled
  2. 1 cup mashed paneer 
  3. salt to taste 
  4. 2 green chilies finely chopped 
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilly flakes
  7. 1/2 tsp garlic, onion powder
  8. 1/2 tsp mixed herb seasoning
  9. some fresh coriander
  10. 3 tbsp all purpose  flour
  11. 5 tbsp water 
  12. oil for frying

  so over to my kitchen read how to prepare this easy snack . first up mix the flour and the water together and make a thin smooth better and keep it  aside.preboiled  my potatoes and for doing this you can boil the water and once it comes to a boil put the shreded potatoes in the water for two to three minutes. until they are just tender don't make it over mushy once done drain them. and for some cold water over it now. gently squeeze the excess water out of the potatoes . and to do this we are going to add the other ingredients like the mashed funny or the crumble bunny salt chopped green chilies. black pepper red chili flakes. garlic and onion powder. it's some more mixed herbs even and finally chopped fresh coriander mix everything value  with the help of your hands . and now with the grease hands take small portion and start making oval-shaped dots . and then with the help of your hands or on a flat kitchen surface try to make it cylindrical shapes . you can see how it look and repeat the process for the entire batch.

       now once all are ready heat oil. for prime once hot fry the potato tots. slowly in batches and turn them occasionally. try them until they are golden brown and crisp on top. once done remove it on a kitchen towel and so hot with some ketchup or any dip of your choice. here i am breaking one of the potato tarts and show how  crunchy it is. this is because of the shredded potatoes we have used so my tasty and crispy bunny potato tots are ready . which i am serving with some ketchup on the side you have shape them into cylindrical shape. but  if you want you can make any other shape of your choice and though they are small they are full of flavours  and spices so do try this lovely recipe.
