healthy soyabean cutlets recipe / healthy soya kabab recipe
hello , my friends welcome to our new post. today i will talk about how to prepare for healthy soyabean cutlets or low calorie starters recipe.these are healthy cutlets which are prepared out of soya granules which are cooked in onions and other flavors and spices in. it these are low in calories and very nutritious.

Ingredients for making healthy soyabean cutlets
- 1 cup soyabean granules ( soaked)
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp - ginger garlic crushed
- 2-3-green chilles chopped
- 8-10-curry leaves
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tbsp red chilly powder
- 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tbsp garam mashala
- 2-3-tbsp gramflour
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- some fresh coriander
- oil for shallow frying

yet have soaked the soya granules in warm water for half an hour . now i am going to strain them and squeeze the excess water out of it and keep it aside. heat the tablespoon of oil in a pan.and to this add the chopped onions and fry for a minute until it starts to look tender and translucent.now to this i am going to add the ginger garlic crush and again fry for some more time. next goes in the cury leaves along with the chopped green chilies and again sauteed not of this at all. the trial spices like the ' red chilly powder , coriander powder , cumin powder , garam masala and the chicken masala'.
you can add any other special masala where instead of chiken masala which you like. and fry it for a while next stir in the gram flour and roast it on low to medium high heat for around two to three minutes. now to this i am going to add the squeezed soya granules.and stir along with some salt , lime juice and water and mix well.the mixture will be slightly wet as you are stirring it after adding the water but keep doing this on low flame.

on low flame as this help in cooking the soya granules along with gram flour and when the mixture becomes relatively dry. then lastly add in the fresh breadcrumbs and give it a mix . now lastly goes in the fresh coriander and mix will. now close the flame and let the mixture cool down until you are able to handle it. you have got a small heart shaped cookie cutter which i am going to grease on all the edges. end to this i am going to place a small portion of the prepared mixture to form a hardship paddy out of it.
remove the paddy slowly from the mold and again shape it a bit with your hands you can see how the party looks now. keep doing this with all the mixture and keep it aside. now this hard shape patties are ready. now heat a nonstick pan with some oil for shallow frying.and place these patties onto it and fry them on low to medium high heat for three to four minutes. on either sides or until they are cooked through and crisp keep flipping as desired to cook them evenly.

once done remove them on kitchen towel and serve hot with any dip or chutney of your choice. so over healthy soyabean cutlets are ready with full of low calorie starters. and he review some gram flour as a source of binding in it. but if you want you can also use some boiled and mashed potatoes . so do try this healthy recipe and let me know how it turned out for you. thank you!!!
